Home Profit Masters Scam Uses Elements Shut Down By The FTC

With amazing boldness one of the most profilic scammers of 2012 has been putting out sales pages that use exact testimonials from a scam that the FTC claims it shut down in 2009. The most recent scam is called Home Profit Masters and uses numerous elements from an old scam called "Process From Home". Process From Home was one of the original sites that claimed that people could make money processing rebates at home. The more recent link-posting scam sales pages use numerous elements from the old rebate processing scams sales pages.

One person who worked for the company behind Process From Home commented in my Home Profit Masters Scam Analysis that Process From Home was actually shut down by the person who started it up - and not by the FTC. Either way, it's clear that many of the testimonials were lifted directly from many of the old scams.

Other sites that have been pushed out by the same people behind Home Profit Masters have been Income Masters Institute and Online Profit Masters System. You'll see many elements of these scams in the complaint filing of the FTC here.

The biggest concern is that the sites push people into a so-called "training program" where a high-pressure sales person will try to get thousands of dollars out of them. Typically, the sales person will try to find out how much credit and cash you have available and then try to get as much of that credit and cash out of you as possible.

Affiliate Scammers Promoting Home Profit Masters Like Crazy

It's obvious that many affiliates are pushing Home Profit Masters and related scams like crazy. In fact there are often domains set up by affiliates using the latest scam-name as their domain...which then push people over to the scams that lead the victims directly to the boiler rooms. Some of the most notorious sites are OnlineProfitMasters.net, OnlineProfitMasters.org, MakeMoneyOnlineKits.com, and OnlineProfitMastersReview.com.

They often get as much as $100 per sale to promote these scams. If you're wondering how sites like HomeProfitMasters.com can afford to pay affiliates that much - it's because they know they can sucker enough people into their boiler rooms that will grab as much money as possible out of them.

Surefire Success price increase coming

Surefire Success, our top home business pick will be raising it's price soon.

The somewhat under-the-radar home business system won't be under the radar for much longer as there will be a significant push to increase the membership base soon.

The nice thing about that is that this truly is a site where the more members the better as everyone leverages everyone else's expertise and having more members is synergistic in the strictest sense.

Little White eBook taking off

Little White eBook is taking off.

The reviews for Little White eBook have come fast and furiously and we're seeing a big push now by the authors themselves to define Little White eBook as the defacto standard in homeshoring company reference books.

Recently they fixed the main problem we had with the Little White eBook of Homeshoring Jobs - the fact that there was no rhyme or reasons to how it was organized.

They tell us that they've updated the book - and lo' and behold - they've learned the alphabet! The companies are now listed alphabetically.

About 79crazyfox.com

We've been getting a lot of questions about 79crazyfox.com and what it's all about. We have seen the commercials and we wrote about the crazyfox commercials here.

But as we mention there we are only suggesting what it is based on how the domain name is structured and our experience with similar ads from other companies.

If you absolutely want to know without a doubt you will have to take them up on their offer at www.79crazyfox.com.

Is homeworkmadeez.com legit?

We constantly get questions about envelope stuffing opportunities at our popular website WorkAtHomeTruth.

We have a policy of not slamming particular products, however we will point a person to a certain part of our site for them to evaluate whether or not the product seems to throw up red flags that we have listed for certain types of program.

We recently got a question about homeworkmadeez.com from a person who had seen a homeworkmadeez ad online. Apparently they typed www.homeworkmadeez.com into Google and somehow hit a site that referred them to our site.

We pointed them to our section about envelope stuffing opportunities so that they could judge for themselves whether or not homeworkmadeez.com threw up some of the red flags we listed there.

We aren't going to say whether it did or it didn't - that's something that's important to work out for yourself as you are going to need to learn how to sort out fact from fiction.

4getmoney.com - What is it?

4getmoney.com question answered by the popular website WorkAtHomeTruth.com.

Q: What is 4getmoney.com? Is it like 7getmoney.com, 8getmoney.com, & 9getmoney.com? Also why do they all seem to be the same?

A: Well, if you really want to rack up the website list you could include 49getmoney.com, 53getmoney.com, 82getmoney.com and so on.

Usually these websites are either owned by MLM Lead providers or members of an MLM co-operative advertising method running a co-op. They could be used to track which advertising is producing the best leads. For example they might assign a TV station or Radio Station to each website to see which advertising medium produces the best result.

For example:

4getmoney.com - TV Station 1 - lead count 1
49getmoney.com - TV Station 2 - lead count 2
53getmoney.com - TV Station 3 - lead count 3
82getmoney.com - TV Station 4 - lead count 4
11getmoney.com - TV Station 5 - lead count 5

Hope that helps.

When you take a look at sites like The BizOpp HandBook you're first instinct may be to think that they aren't of much use at all.

After all, that kind of site doesn't really give much detail or critical analysis of any of the opps listed there. And who even knows if the reviews it links to are valid?

But what it does give is a sense of the type of information that is out in the marketplace and gives a different perspective than say a quick clickbank listing and doesn't predispose you to what may be slanted reviews of a product.

Affiliate marketing companies are continually competing for affiliates - or at least they'd make you think so. However, the truth is some affiliate networks really only want the top affiliates and although they don't explicitly deny mid-level aLinkffiliates, they rules set in place do very well in screening them out.

I've started to put together reviews of affiliate networks in order to help beginners, mid-level affiliates, and superaffiliates make choices that are best suited for them.
